I grew up on the sunny Gulf coast of Florida before eventually making my way west to begin my career as an architect in San Francisco. That career took me to Asia where I spent over a decade designing and delivering large-scale commercial projects before transitioning into photography.
Having been there myself, I have a deep understanding of the blood, sweat, and tears it often takes to bring a stunning piece of architecture through to completion. I try to see myself as an extension of your design team, tasked with capturing your project in a way that showcases its best attributes, with the ultimate goal of creating a set of images that tells a compelling story.

Prior to teaming up with Justin to establish StudioSZ Photo, I worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies such as FedEx, Huntsman, and TRUMPF in a career that has taken me from my hometown of Seoul, then to Shanghai, and eventually to Singapore. Our entrepreneurial spirit eventually took hold and brought us back to Shanghai where we set up shop and started shooting full-time.
I typically join Justin on location to assist and offer a second (sometimes conflicting!) opinion. I feel grateful that this profession has allowed us to travel all across this beautiful country we call home.
